It is our greatest pleasure to introduce our beautiful daughter...
Zoe Xin Lu
Chinese Name: Zhuang Lu Xin
Born: November 7, 2007
Location: Jiangxi Province, Yifeng SWI
We received a call at 9:44 this morning from our adoption agency..."We have a little girl for you." At noon, we saw our daughter's face for the first time. Needless to say, we are in love.
We waited 2 years, 7 months for this moment. It was worth it!
Here's what we know about her so far:
- She was born 11/7/07 and was brought to the Yifeng Social Welfare Institute in Jiangxi on 11/8/07.
- At 3 months, she weighed 12 pounds and measured 22 inches long.
- She is very healthy!!
- She eats 6 times a day (she should fit in just fine around here!)
- She can hold her head up while lying on her stomach.
- She can locate the direction of sound and visually follow a moving object.
- She laughs aloud and has a ready smile :-)
- She is active, enjoys music, and likes any toy that makes noise (just like dad!)
- She currently has the same hairline as her grandfathers (sorry guys!)

It's been a blessing to be in this RQ waiting room while you deliver your beautiful baby. This adoption road is truly a journey of a lifetime. We've been home with our Mia for just over a year now and every referral batch gets more and more special as they are getting more and more rare.
We got our call in March - what a wonderful feeling.

YAY! Another Yifeng beauty! We brought our beautiful twins home from Yifeng in November. China is amazing. Soak up every minute...even the rough ones.
